Progressive Dies Forming System

This machine is designed to accept smooth, flat metal tapes and continuously form them around the cable core. A special forming system, consisting of progressive dies, provides the necessary adjustability to achieve the proper tape forming geometry. An automatic tape guide unit at the entrance end of the machine continually monitors the location of the tape edge.
