For corrugated tape sheath constructions to produce sinusoidal corrugations into the metal tape. The machine includes specially designed corrugating rolls that eliminate the potential for stretching and correspondingly, reducing the thickness of the metal tape which could impact the mechanical performance of the cable. Optional features include automatic tape guide system, safety eclosure, automatic lubrication system and corrugation gauging system.
